He began his career in the event industry, where for 11 years he managed large-scale productions including concerts, festivals, conferences, trade exhibitions, and corporate events. Serving as a Finance and Project Manager within a marketing agency environment, he was responsible for budgeting, financial planning, process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.

Lazar transitioned into entrepreneurship back in 2014., co-founding and scaling a regionally recognized dental clinic brand specialized in dental tourism. Over a 12-year period, he led marketing strategy, digital infrastructure, and technology development (acting as CTO), building an international patient acquisition system and establishing a sustainable growth model. This phase strengthened his expertise in premium service positioning, cross-border marketing, and performance-driven brand development.

Currently based in Ljubljana, Lazar is launching a new marketing agency focused on strategic growth, digital execution, and measurable business impact, together with his long-time friend Vladimir Lakobrija. With a background in graphic engineering and extensive experience in finance, marketing, and operations, he brings a rare combination of creative vision and structural discipline.
