Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This notice explains how EMONA Creative handles personal information when you visit emonacreative.com, send an enquiry or interact with the tools on this website.
Who is responsible for your information?
EMONA Creative d.o.o., Mestni trg 10, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, is the controller for the website activities described here. For privacy questions or requests, email office@emonacreative.com.
Enquiries and project conversations
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and subject, with an optional message. We use these details to respond, discuss your brief and prepare a proposal. Enquiries are delivered by email and may also be stored in our WordPress contact-form database. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
For steps you request before entering a contract, our legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other business correspondence, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing business relationships under Article 6(1)(f). Providing information is voluntary, but we cannot reply without usable contact details. A message does not by itself subscribe you to marketing emails.
Website operation and security
Hosting, security and anti-spam tools can process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times and information submitted through forms. This supports delivery of the website, troubleshooting and protection against spam or abuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website and communications secure. Essential cookies also support functions such as remembering your privacy choices.
Analytics, advertising and your choices
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and Meta Pixel to measure advertising responses. These integrations are configured to load after consent to their respective analytics or marketing category. You can reject optional cookies or change your choice through in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
With analytics consent, Google can receive information about pages viewed, browser and device characteristics, referral sources and interactions, including a successful enquiry submission event. Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_4CZSQSN62L.
With marketing consent, Meta can receive page-view and successful enquiry events, together with browser, device, cookie and connection information. This can help Meta associate activity with an account and measure advertising. Marketing cookies may include _fbp and _fbc. Our custom enquiry-event integration sends an event indicating a successful submission, rather than the text of your message. The basis for optional analytics and advertising tracking is consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
You can also delete cookies in your browser. Deleting cookies may reset your saved preferences. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Privacy Policy for their processing, settings and retention information.
Videos and external services
Our pages include YouTube videos and links to social networks and WhatsApp. Loading external video content can disclose your IP address, device information and the page you are visiting to the provider. Interacting with an external service may link activity to your account there. The provider’s own privacy terms apply to its processing. YouTube is covered by Google’s Privacy Policy; WhatsApp provides its own privacy policy.
Who receives information and where?
Information may be accessible to authorised EMONA personnel and providers supporting website hosting, maintenance, security, backups and email delivery. Contact messages are handled using our email services, including Google email services. Google and Meta receive information when their respective integrations are used. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
Google and Meta operate internationally, so information can be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their published transfer arrangements describe adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses where applicable: Google’s data transfer frameworks and Meta’s international transfer information. Contact us if you need details of the providers or safeguards relevant to a particular enquiry.
How long is information kept?
Retention depends on why the information is needed. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry remains active, whether it leads to a client relationship, applicable record-keeping duties and the period needed to resolve a dispute or legal claim. These criteria apply to correspondence and stored form submissions; backup copies may persist until the relevant backup cycle expires. Analytics and advertising data are also subject to the settings and retention rules of their providers. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion of your information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Send requests to office@emonacreative.com. You also have the right to complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner at ip-rs.si, or your competent data protection authority. The website’s enquiry process does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Updates
We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
